Job title: Area Sales Manager- Institutional Business

Job location: Chennai and Bangalore

Education: B.Sc and/ or M.Sc

Experience – Minimum 3-4 + Years

 

  • To acquire thorough product knowledge of all product range of ARKRAY.
  • To make at least 3 Institutional calls per day.
  • To convince customers to buy the products.
  • To build and develop long term relationship with customers.
  • To make follow-up calls.
  • To achieve budgeted sales.
  • To collect timely payment from stockist.
  • To understand and implement various processes related to sales
  • To give feedback regarding competitors activity in Institutional segment.
  • To make and implement tour programme and ensure adequate coverage of assigned territory.
  • Prepare Customer Account Form of Institutional customers. Plan sales as to capture maximum market share.
  • To make genuine and authentic claims in expense statement and to be clear in monetary transaction with stockist and customers.
  • To act promptly to resolve any customer query, objection or complaint to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • To register the company’s name as supplier in all Institutes.

 

Candidate Requirement

  • Minimum 3-4 Years Experience with Institutional Business.
  • Should have good knowledge about product.
  • Good communication skills – verbal as well as written.
  • Good Team Player with proactive approach and experience of working in Cross Functional Teams (CFT).
