Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers can receive a discount of up to ₹50 on eligible purchases.
  2. The offer is valid until 31 October 2026, inclusive, unless withdrawn earlier by ARKRAY Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
  3. The offer is available only on purchases made through arkrayindia.co.in.
  4. The offer applies only to the following product categories:
    • Blood glucose monitors
    • Blood pressure monitors
    • Insulin cooling pouches
  5. The offer is not applicable to test strips, lancets, accessories, replacement parts, or any other products not specifically listed above.
  6. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotional code, cashback, or ongoing offer.
  7. The offer can be availed only once per customer during the offer period and is valid on a single order only.
  8. Multiple or duplicate orders placed using the same name, email address, mobile number, billing address, shipping address, device, or payment details may not qualify for the offer.
  9. Each customer must provide a valid and unique email address, mobile number, and delivery address. Creating multiple accounts or using different details to claim the offer more than once is strictly prohibited.
  10. The discount amount may vary depending on the eligible product, order value, or applicable promotional conditions. The maximum discount available under this offer is ₹50.
  11. The offer applies only to successfully placed and confirmed orders. Cancelled, rejected, returned, or refunded orders will not be eligible.
  12. If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the discount amount may be deducted from the refund, wherever applicable.
  13. The offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  14. Product availability is subject to stock at the time of placing the order.
  15. ARKRAY reserves the right to verify customer and order details before approving the discount.
  16. ARKRAY Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole right to determine eligibility, reject any claim, modify the offer, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
  17. Any fraudulent activity, misuse, duplicate claim, incorrect information, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of the discount or order.
  18. ARKRAY’s decision regarding the offer, customer eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
